Policy & Terms | A+ Ilash Studio

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At A+ Ilash Studio, at least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to allow adjustments for other clients.

• Cancellations or reschedules made with 6 to 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 fee.

• Cancellations or reschedules made within 6 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee.

• Same-day rescheduling may be allowed without a fee, but only if an available time slot can be accommodated.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

• No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

 

These policies ensure fairness and help maintain a seamless experience for both clients and lash artists. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

3-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

A 3-day satisfaction guarantee is in place to uphold high service standards and ensure client satisfaction.

 

Policy Details:

• If excessive lash fallout due to non-personal factors occurs, or if certain areas appear unbalanced within 3 days, a touch-up will be scheduled at the earliest available time.

• This policy does not apply if the issue results from late arrivals, improper aftercare, or failure to follow post-service instructions.

• If the service was completed as requested, but the outcome is unsatisfactory, lash extensions can be removed for free, but no refunds will be provided.

 

This policy is designed to guarantee quality results while maintaining fairness for both clients and lash artists. Thank you for your support and understanding!

A + iLash Studio Appointment Guidelines

At A + iLash Studio, we prioritize the health and safety of our clients and employees. To ensure the best service experience, we may need to reschedule your appointment under the following circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Viral infections: Colds, cold sores (including those still healing), warts 

  • Bacterial infections: Impetigo, boils, conjunctivitis (pink eye), styes 

  • Fungal infections: Ringworm, blepharitis 

  • Allergies & Sensitivities: Known reactions to products used during the service 

  • Recent cosmetic treatments (must wait at least 14 days): 

    • Botox or fillers 

    • Chemical peels 

    • Microneedling 

    • Microblading 

    • Dermaplaning 

    • Microdermabrasion 

    • Laser resurfacing or facial hair removal 

  • Skin conditions: Sunburns or any active skin reactions 

  • Medications: Certain medications may also be contraindications

To ensure the safety of both clients and estheticians, please inform your technician of any changes to your skin, medical history, or allergies. If this is your first facial treatment at A + iLash Studio, please complete the client intake form thoroughly. Additionally, arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to allow for proper preparation. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time.
